Tangerang Selatan, 27 July 2024 — PT Indointernet Tbk (“Indonet”) has become aware of a disinformation campaign falsely stating that GrapixAI is partnering with Indonet and that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and/or a Cooperation Agreement has been signed to formalize this partnership. This misinformation has been disseminated via GrapixAI’s website and an accompanying hoax video uploaded to GrapixAI’s YouTube account.
We wish to categorically state that Indonet is not, and has never been, in negotiations or discussions to form a partnership with GrapixAI. The claims suggesting that an MoU and/or a Cooperation Agreement has been signed are entirely baseless and are aimed at misleading the public and damaging our reputation.
Indonet is currently exploring legal avenues to address this malicious campaign and to protect our brand’s integrity.
